What we collect

• Newsletter (Join free): your email address, what you told us you do, when and where you signed up.
• Contact, application and waitlist forms: the name, email, company and message you send us.
• Website use: [analytics tool, if any], which counts visits without identifying you.

Why, and on what basis

We send the newsletter because you asked for it (consent). We answer messages and applications because you asked us to (taking steps at your request). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes the data

Our website and subscriber database run on Cloudflare. Emails are sent with Amazon Web Services (SES). [Add other processors.] We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most [24 months].

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to info@insidr.ai. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
